Impressive. I'm not a pro in this area since I only did 5 or 6 runs in all my gw times, all after he made this post just to see if he's lying or not. But I can tell you that "20 seconds to kill all the trolls" is flat out lying. Maybe you should say 20 seconds to kill one group of troll. And there is one troll that is regenerating faster than you can hurt it with smite.

Err, all as in the big center group. I generally ignore the 4 or so trolls off to the 2 boss spawn points. There's still a good 15 ish trolls in the center group and and 4 or so trolls to the far sides isn't very effecient.
Here's what I do: Run in and lure the center group (sometimes they split, so mybe 10 seconds of running to get them together) cast Balthazar's Aura, Mark of Protection, Symbol of Wrath, Divine Boon, StormChaser, Divine Boon, Divine Boon, Divine Boon, etc. Usually they die as soon as the Mark of Protection ends (10 second cast time) sometimes it takes an aidditon 2 divine boons to kill the leftover ones.
I have 12+4 Smite so I do a lot more damage than a warrior primary.

In case it isn't clear, for a Zealot's Fire farmer, Divine Boon is an essential skill. It costs 5 mana, takes 1/4s to cast, and has no cooldown time. You can cast 2-3 a second for 200+ HPS and 60+ DPS.

It actually costs 7 energy, because of the 2 extra energy that's tacked on when Divine Boon is active. Also, it only casts ONCE per second. Even though it says 1/4 second casting time, there's a 3/4 second aftercast after every spell(except stances I think), thus the fastest you can cast it is 1 second. Go test it on some random monsters, just equip zealots fire and spam divine boon, and you'll see that you're not casting any faster than once a second.

1 gold item every 3-4 hours isn't worth the effort. Most golds are trash anyway, from my experience.

How is any W primary able to use those +27 energy thingies? Don't they all have something like (requirement : 9 Fire Magic) or something to that effect? I once equipped a decent + energy item and got about +3 from it rather than the +12 it was supposed to give...

Thanks Clam but none of those listed reflect 20+ to energy and the original poster indicated a +20 something icon.........but having a +12 item coupled with a +12 wand (1 handed weapon for Ele/Monk) would equal the +20 something....so that's cool as well.

Collectors items have attributes that arent seen until they are traded for. IE. the healing ankh also has 20/20 on skill recharge and casting.

I realize there are the 20%'s but the original post states specifically (See above quote).

Also point out that Divine Boon may only be realistic for Mo primary - I've tried it with El primary and despite having the extra storage (70)
Balth's Aura
Balth's ??
Divine Boon
Zealots
Symbol of Wrath
Sheild of Judgement
Orison of Healing
Still can't make it work all that well.....end up not keeping myself healed enough to do any good......what possibly could I be doing wrong? You can PM me if you'd prefer - I'm in the Watchtower mission as it's been the easiest for melee mobs that aren't TOO high in health or dmg output...and I can't see to get very far.

divine boon is based on divine favor... that's why it's not healing for much...

Hmmm, its VERY hard to outheal the trolls without some sort of massive damage reduction. Have you tried going Water and taking Mist Form instead? I think at level 12 you'd have a 17 second window of invincibility. That gives you an extra 7 castings of Divine Boon (if you have the mana)
Edit: wait, are you hunting Riverside Knights? It's very difficult now with the various casters interspersed with the melee. You might want to try something that only hits with physical attacks.

Volarian I believe the second Balthazar's skill you're looking for is Balthazar's Spirit?

I tried the build posted and farmed the area for about 3-4 hours tonight to test it out. With that exact build and casting everything the same way I found it to be quite succesful.
The enemies dropped tons of raven staves and an insane amount of mountain troll tusks ( I think I ended up with around 184!! of them). I didn't get any golds but I did get 3 purples including a nice max dmg axe with +13% dmg when health is above 50% and plus 23 to health, which my warrior is now using. I also got 4 fellblades, 2 were max damage.
This is place seems pretty decent to go if you are looking for staves or staff upgrades or for fellblades. I also made a decent amount of gold too, nothing spectactular but a good amount.

I personally find the farming is much easier if you're a fire elem w/ water secondary.
I go and clear all the minotaurs in the first segment of Elona Reach, run in, fire attunement, arcane echo, aggro all the minotaurs I can in about 17ish seconds, cast mistform, suddenly I'm invincible while I cast all my ae damage spells, when it starts to blink, cast the arcane echo version, when that starts to blink, the 1st one is recharged, and you cast that again. By the time the 2nd mistform is done, though, you'd have bottomed out your energy, and you have a neat circle of dead 'taurs, and about 500g of drops, each run takes like 2 minutes.
